Refund Policy
Effective July 12, 2026. This policy applies to the Direct version of Markwrite purchased from twelvefold.co.
14-day refund window
Markwrite includes a 14-day full trial before purchase. If you buy the Direct version and it is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
After 14 days
After the 14-day refund window, we do not provide full or partial refunds. This does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email support@twelvefold.co from the email address used for your purchase. Include the purchase email and any helpful order details. Do not send your License Key by email unless our support team specifically asks for it.
License effect of a refund
A full refund revokes the associated Markwrite license and releases its device activations. You may keep files you created, imported, or exported with Markwrite, but the paid editing features will no longer be available after the app next verifies the revoked license online.
Exceptions and payment issues
We review duplicate charges and unauthorized-payment reports separately. If a payment is disputed through your card issuer or payment provider, the license may be temporarily restricted while the dispute is resolved and may be revoked if the dispute is decided against the purchase.
